National Competency Frameworks - Precision Consultancy has worked in the development and review of national competencies in; Training and Assessment, Business Services, transport and logistics and resources and infrastructure industries. We have also worked to develop competency frameworks and standards in the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification System for the Human Resources Industry and a cross industry Leadership and People Management Framework.
Customised Competency Frameworks - Our competency development expertise also extends to working with organisations to develop their own customised competency frameworks. This can be achieved through working to customise pre-existing competencies, such as those from the national system, or to develop fully customised competencies through a skills or functional analysis of the skills and knowledge used within an organisation.
