During 2009-2010, Precision Consultancy conducted a series of workshops to assist organisations to implement the Quality Framework for Disability Services in Victoria, by conducting the 'Closing the loop' series of workshops.
Precision Consultancy will continue to provide workshops to assist organisations implement the Quality Framework. These workshops will be 1 day, and will include:
- What is independent monitoring
- What happens in the audit process
- What is required to obtain certification
- What happens with the outcomes of the audit
- Types of evidence for Industry and Outcome Standards
- Rights and responsibilities of each party in the audit process
- Engaging and working with the auditors
- Obtaining support from key stakeholders
- Planning for implementation
We can also run a workshop in your agency, or in a group of agencies.
